Design Handover Manager

We are currently looking for a Design Handover Manager for our client in Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, Finland. Start of the project is as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage the different packages for sending final documentation to the customer.
  • Making sure that the documentation gets delivered efficiently, completely and timely to the customer.
  • Make the classification according to type, equipment and WBS
  • Take part of meetings about packaging documentation and transfer
  • Validation of documentation, cleaning of metadata.
  • Understanding the quality and Engineering documentation for review
  • Answer to requests about documentation from client
  • Report about the progress of mission every week


  • Engineering background
  • Knowledge of infrastructure projects Final Documentation
  • Ability to effectively drive and manage a DHO team (30 persons) as well as its interfaces
  • Ability to organize the DHO team and set-up the proper interfacing mode with Client’s Engineering team, Supply Chain, Customer, etc.
  • Secure production and productivity targets
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good understanding of quality documentation
  • Autonomous and rigorous approach to work
  • Ability to sum up data from various sources
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel

Language skills:

  • English skills required
