IMO Tool & Process Coordinator

We are currently looking for an IMO Tool & Process Coordinator for our client in Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, Finland. Start of the project is as soon as possible, and the estimated project length is until 28.02.2022.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create, review and update IMO processes and manuals
  • Investigate the good use and implementation of tools and processes on site
  • Administrate the IMM-Platform following management and users requests
  • Debug and adapt IMM-Platform
  • Support IMO teams with process, tool, training and improvement related topics
  • Continuously question, improve and adapt current tools and processes
  • Investigate IMO lessons learned, feedbacks and reports in order to adapt and improve tools and processes
  • Regularly communicate to the whole IMO reminders and information related to modifications of process


  • General or Mechanical Engineering diploma
  • Minimum 2 years’ field experience nuclear commissioning or system engineering experience (Oil & Gas & shipbuilding experience can also be considered)
  • PWR technology & EPR technology knowledge
  • Experience in Back-end development: PHP (CodeIgniter) and MySQL
  • Experience in Front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience in datamining and data analysis capacity
  • Knowledges of nuclear culture, safety, security, quality and technical processes is valuable
  • Structured and well organized personality
  • Curious and questioning attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Adaptable, open-minded and high responsivity
  • Interpersonal, trainer and self-taught skills are much appreciated

Language Skills:

  • Fluent English
  • German, French and/or Finnish is valuable
