We are currently looking for PTW Office Deputy Manager for our client in Olkiluoto, Finland. The start would be as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading the Permit To Work team
  • Work planning within Permit To Work
  • Analysis of blocking mistakes/writing and follow up of QNI’s
  • Write / update of Permit To Work procedures (Blocking, PTW, …)
  • Training of the Permit To Work team and of Infield Operators
  • Define draining, filling, venting, re-qualification of systems
  • Technical clarification of work orders / Permits to test and creation and validation of blockings / simulations.
  • Execution of blockings and simulations.
  • Oversee In-field operator teams for establishing safe work conditions (equipment alignment, depressurizing, de-energising, locking and tagging)  
  • Coordinate activities with Operating, Construction, Installation and Commissioning units
  • Prepare Permit to Work documentation and ensure strict compliance

  • Engineering degree
  • Leadership skills
  • Capability to write procedures
  • 10 years’ experience in nuclear power plants
  • 5 years’ experience with electrical work orders and blockings.
  • Detailed knowledge about the electrical and I&C documentation of the EPRs
  • Ability to work on the different process diagram, isometrics, preparation of solution and support for inventories in the field
  • General understanding of mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and measurement/instrumentation technology
  • General understanding in electrical technology
  • Computer literacy in MS-Office


  • English language skills
