We are now looking for a Vice President, Human Resources for our company.

We are looking for a Vice President, Human Resources to support the achievement of Enersense's overall business objectives and to ensure the implementation of the company's HR strategy and policies and to comply with the norms, agreements and requirements.

Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for Enersense Group's human resources and the operations of the HR organization. Vice President, Human resources is part of Group Executive Team and reports to Enersense's President and CEO. We have several offices located across Finland including Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu and Pori. This position can be based at any of our office locations.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Bring a systematic and insightful approach to the personnel management, the aim of which is to ensure the set objectives and to increase the well-being of personnel.
  • Ensure that the HR strategy covers all stages of the employment lifecycle and that the strategy seamlessly supports our business needs.
  • Leader of change with a systematic way of working. Act as a business partner by creating effective models of performance, expertise and leadership.
  • Responsible for the Group's co-operation with employee representatives.
  • Build a culture of good cooperation and continuous improvement, as well as sharing best practices within the Group, this plays an essential role in this position.


  • Good cooperation, interaction and negotiation skills.
  • Know how to act in the midst of change and are able to control operations both strategically and operationally.
  • Brave executor, interested in developing the business and excited to find new solutions.
  • At least 10 – 15 years of experience in strategic HR, extensive business expertise and the ability to influence and make decisions.
  • Know the key HR processes well; i.e employment matters, various compensation practices and performance management.
  • Knowledge of the processes related to competence management and personnel development, as well as work ability management.
  • Experience leading teams and being an inspiring and inclusive leader.
  • Skilled communicator and can communicate fluently in Finnish and English, both verbally and written.
  • Previous experience from a listed company, integrations and / or acquisitions is considered as an advantage.
